Founded on 13 January 2025, ACEU is an affiliated union under Singapore’s National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), representing employees of Aster Chemicals and Energy Pte. Ltd.
A Symbol of Who We Are
The ACEU logo captures the spirit of Aster Chemicals and Energy Union – grounded in partnership, driven by purpose, and united in progress.
At its core is a star-like form, symbolizing unity, direction, and our shared journey.
Each colour reflects a key part of our story:
- Green represents our proud heritage in the Labour Movement – a strong foundation of trust and collective representation.
- Blue reflects our collaborative partnership with the Company, build on dialogue and mutual respect.
- Yellow stands for energy, optimism, and renewal – the qualities we bring to every challenge and opportunity.
The interlocking shapes express the spirit of tripartism – a uniquely Singaporean approach where unions, employers, and government work hand in hand to uplift workers and industries alike.
This is more than a logo. It’s a symbol of who we are and what we believe in.
