1ST QUADRENNIAL DELEGATES CONFERENCE
APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE COUNCIL FOR TERM 2025 – 2029
Dear Valued Members of ACEU,
- We are pleased to announce that the 1st Quadrennial Delegates Conference (QDC) of the Aster Chemicals and Energy Union (ACEU) was successfully held on 4 July 2025 at the Sapphire Suite, Orchid Country Club.
- This inaugural conference marks a historic milestone for ACEU as we move forward together under a newly appointed leadership team. During the Conference,
our Delegates endorsed key reports and policies and elected the Executive Council for the Term 2025 – 2029.
- We are proud to share that the following members have been appointed to serve in the ACEU Executive Council.The full list of appointments, including their respective site, division, and designation, is enclosed in the attached annex for your reference
- In addition to leadership appointment, the Conference also witnessed the signing of two landmark Collective Agreements for the period of 2025 – 2027 with Aster Chemicals & Energy Pte Ltd –
covering both Professional, Managerial & Executive and Non-Executive employees. These agreements reaffirm our commitment to protecting members’ rights and enhancing workplace conditions.
