Know a colleague who has yet to join the union? Here’s an opportunity to introduce them to NTUC Membership while enjoying a reward for your referral!
Aster Chemicals & Energy Union (ACEU), in support of NTUC’s Member-Get-Member (MGM) Campaign, is pleased to share that eligible members can receive a $15 FairPrice E-Voucher for every successful colleague referral.
By encouraging your colleagues to join NTUC Membership, you are also helping them discover the membership benefits, privileges and support available to union members.
The campaign is available until 31 December 2026, or until the first 3,000 successful referrals are reached, whichever is earlier.
How to Refer Your Colleague
Participating is simple! Follow these steps to make sure your referral is properly recorded.
Step 1: Retrieve Your Referral Code
Log in to your MyNTUC App or U Portal to retrieve your personal NTUC Membership Referral Code.
If you are using the MyNTUC App, tap the QR Code icon at the top right corner of the app and select the copy icon beside your Referral Code.
Keep this code handy, as your colleague will need it when submitting their membership application.
Step 2: Share ACEU’s Dedicated Sign-Up Link
Invite your colleague to apply for NTUC Membership using ACEU’s dedicated online registration link:
Please ensure your colleague uses this dedicated link, as applications submitted through other registration channels may not qualify for this campaign.
Step 3: Enter Your Referral Code
During the online membership application, your colleague must enter your personal Referral Code in the designated referral field.
This step is important to ensure that the referral is attributed to you.
Your colleague should complete and submit the online application with the correct details.
Step 4: Receive Your $15 FairPrice E-Voucher
Once the referral is successful and all campaign eligibility requirements are met, you will be entitled to receive a $15 FairPrice E-Voucher.
Eligible members will receive the E-Voucher through their registered email address, together with an SMS notification.
The reward is subject to membership payment verification and NTUC’s processing timeline.
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the referral reward, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- The referring member must be an active, paying NTUC member.
- The referred colleague must be from the same union.
- The colleague must submit a new NTUC Membership application through ACEU’s dedicated online sign-up link.
- The colleague must enter the referring member’s correct Referral Code.
- Both the referring member and the colleague must have their membership fees paid up to date according to the campaign requirements.
- The referring member must have a valid registered email address to receive the E-Voucher.
- The referral must fall within the first 3,000 successful referrals under the campaign.
Important: Existing membership transfers and applications submitted through hardcopy forms do not qualify for this particular referral campaign.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How many colleagues can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of colleagues you can refer. You may receive a $15 FairPrice E-Voucher for each successful referral, provided all campaign conditions are met and the overall campaign limit has not been reached.
2. Can I refer someone who is already an NTUC member?
This campaign is intended for new membership applications through the dedicated Ordinary Branch (OB) online sign-up link. Existing membership transfers are not eligible.
3. When will I receive my FairPrice E-Voucher?
The E-Voucher will be issued after the membership applications and payment statuses have been verified.
Eligible members will generally receive their E-Voucher within four weeks after the relevant membership payment records are updated, subject to NTUC’s processing timeline.
An email will be sent to the member’s registered email address, along with an SMS notification.
4. What if my membership fees are outstanding?
Both the referring member and the referred colleague must have their membership fees paid up to date according to the campaign requirements.
Members with outstanding membership fees are encouraged to settle their arrears promptly to avoid affecting their eligibility.
5. How do I ensure that I receive my reward?
Please check that your registered email address is accurate and active, as the E-Voucher will be delivered electronically.
