Our Delegates work collaboratively with management to address various aspects of employment matters, such as job redesign and organizational changes. We aim to resolve matters promptly through mutual respect and understanding.

Collective Bargaining
Collective bargaining is a core function of ACEU. We represent eligible employees of Aster Chemicals and Energy Pte. Ltd. to negotiate fair wages, reasonable working hours, and improved terms and conditions of employment.
ACEU champions the collective voice of our members through structured, constructive negotiations with management. We are proud to be the first in our sector to conclude a Collective Agreement (CA) for Professionals, Managers, and Executives (PMEs) — a landmark achievement in extending fair and inclusive representation across all levels of the workforce.
Through active engagement with the company, we foster strong industrial relations that benefit both employees and the business. We advocate for our members’ rights, address workplace concerns, and work to resolve issues amicably and effectively.

Workplace Grievances
